Memos is clutch for fast style Mexican. Not quite authentic but it never disappoints. The staff are always cool and their food is never cold or tastes like it's been sitting out forever. I like this place but sometimes it's a little greasy, not to point that I would stop going but it is a negative mark over all.

Been here twice for breakfast burritos and each time they were amazing. Sausage, egg, and cheese packed full of protein and the chorizo and potato was more chorizo than tortilla or potato. I can only comment on the breakfast burritos-they are five stars. Ordered online for pick up and breezed through the drive-through, super convenient and the food is still piping hot when I got home. I live in Tacoma so it's only a few minutes away. Haven't tried lunch or dinner, but I am taken aback by the one and two star bad reviews about this place. I'll have to give it some more tries in the evening. In the meantime, the breakfast burritos are the best.

SO GOOD. Authentic Mexican food! Currently eating the adobada plate and rolled chicken tacos, delicious! Everything is prepared nicely and neatly! Packaged with care. Portions are extremely generous. 10/10! Flavors are just wow! Who knew! Muchas Gracias Memos, definitely will be back for MORE! (Ordered some dessert and sides not pictured)
